Yes, finally! It was the worst case of nervous-breakdowns I had. It was held on the twenty-fourth day of January, a collage friend of mine had it on a fairly grand scale celebration. Everyone had to dress up and put on makeup and wear three inch heels. The whole day was just tiresome, I had a lot to face, because I'm not usually lucky when I wear gowns and a pair of heels.
The first time I wore a gown was during my Junior-Senior prom, and I had a fever a few hours into the program. The second time was during the senior prom, I had to give a speech to the whole senior class and it was very - erm horrible! I managed to finish the five page speech with ease. After that I felt like barfing what we had for snacks that afternoon.
And the third time around, my head was pounding and it hurt. I didn't eat on time so maybe that did it. Later during the program I thought I'd give out a speech, because the others did. I had nothing to say, so I had the worst case of nerves leaking out of me. I thought I'd gotten use to it by now, but I thought wrong.
My legs were shaking every now and then, the good thing was I could still stand and walk without wobbling through my heels.
My lips were shaking and my voice just sounded horrible, like I've been submerged in ice half the day.
